KI3 in Tournament
« on: June 14, 2013, 01:17:29 PM »

So many of you may be familiar with me through TestYourMight as well as the MK Community.  I have run many tournaments, including majors in the NE USA, in NY, NJ, and PA, as well as Ohio.  I've also been privileged to do commentary for MK9 at MLG in 2012.

Anyway, with KI3 coming to console, this game will inevitably be played in tournament.  I will be working hard to push KI3 at majors and to promote it as best as I can through tournament and offline play.

The best thing I can recommend is that people try their hardest to get together offline as much as possible for training sessions.  I will be hosting offline training sessions at my VSM (valley stream monsters) location in NY once the game is released, as well as support it via my stream on a weekly basis.  I will also stream my personal play time when I have a chance to play.

Looking forward to all of this and to hopefully meeting you all in the future at tournaments!

Some guy from the studio behind KI3 said in one of the CrossCounter TV videos that they're pushing hard for Microsoft to allow their game to be played offline even after 24 hours since the last connection so that it can be played in tournaments. They hear our pleas, all we have to do now is wait.
