on a slight side note, i have been offered a 'gods of war' midway machine which is in a midway cab (factory)

What do you guys think to getting this and converting it into a KI cab via restoration.?

You must mean war gods which had a 5 button system like MK. You would have to redo the control panel but the cab is the same cab that Midway produced in the 90's. As far as deith leisure, all I could find was they did work for Sega and Atari out there in the UK but couldnt find any cabs to compair yours to...

Yes sorry, War Gods. Crap game, similar Cab.

My idea was to just transplant everything including the harness's etc.

I dunno if i should just stick with what i have and do it up. i just think id always know its not factory.

Thanks for the comments Craig

Depends what you want to do, if you get the war gods cab your going to have to redo the control panel, worry about all the art work as well as other things im sure. With the cab you have now you could spend less money and fix it up nice and like you said either way you will know its not dedicated so why not save some money if you can.
